You won’t find bubble wrap, plastic airbags, or synthetic fillers in any of our packaging. Committed to eco-friendly practices, we wrap and protect products using padded recycled paper and plant-based peanuts. Our peanuts are fully biodegradable and compostable too. They can be dissolved in warm water and used as a natural fertiliser for your plants – bonus! Wherever possible, we also source used packaging materials from local retailers that would otherwise be thrown out as waste.
All orders include tracking and are shipped within 1-2 business days at the following rates and estimated arrival times. Ceramics last a lifetime if properly looked after. Unless otherwise stated in their descriptions, all products are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe on the top rack. We do however recommend hand washing and avoidance of thermal shock (i.e., sudden changes in temperature and humidity) as much as you can, as this will help prolong their life.
We offer free gift wrapping on orders big or small. Gifts are beautifully wrapped and nestled in soft tissue paper, sealed with twine/raffia, and tagged with your own personalised gift message (max. 150 characters). We also offer festive wrapping during the holidays. Simply shop our products, add 'Free Gift Wrap' to your cart, and include your message in the 'Note to Seller' section at checkout – it's that easy!
We accept debit and credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Returns + Refunds
While we don't accept returns, we'll gladly provide refunds, replacements (subject to stock availability), or store credit vouchers in exchange for items deemed lost (i.e., not delivered within reasonable estimated arrival times) or damaged during shipment. Refunds and replacements, however, are not provided for discounted items, items that have been used or damaged by the buyer, or simply due to change of mind so please choose carefully.

Customs + Tariffs
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to tariff rates, customs and clearance fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Everyday Clay Studio is not responsible for these fees; they are the responsibility of the buyer. If items are returned to us from customs, the buyer will need to pay for shipping again if they would like us to resend their order. Please contact the postal or customs authorities at the destination country if you have questions about any additional charges that may apply.
Our shop is open to receiving orders 7 days a week, unless otherwise announced. While we love our work, we do take some time off during the holidays! Our correspondence hours are Mondays to Fridays 1pm – 5pm AEDT.
