You won’t find bubble wrap, plastic airbags, or synthetic fillers in any of our packaging. Committed to eco-friendly practices, we wrap and protect products using padded recycled paper and plant-based peanuts. Our peanuts are fully biodegradable and compostable too. They can be dissolved in warm water and used as a natural fertiliser for your plants – bonus! Wherever possible, we also source used packaging materials from local retailers that would otherwise be thrown out as waste.
All orders include tracking and are processed within 1-2 business days at the following rates and estimated arrival times. In a rush? We have you covered! Rush orders can be shipped via Express Post for an additional fee, with estimated arrival times as follows. Please contact us for a quote before placing a rush order. • Australia: 1 business day • Zone 1 & 2: 3-4 business days
Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout then choose from the available dates and times. Pickups are only on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 5pm, from our studio in Fitzroy North near Edinburgh Gardens. Please allow 2 business days for us to package and process your order.
Ceramics last a lifetime if properly looked after. We strongly recommend hand washing and avoidance of thermal shock (i.e., sudden changes in temperature and humidity) as much as you can to prolong their life.
Free Gift Wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping on all orders. Simply add 'FREE Gift Wrapping' to cart, and include a custom message (max. 150 characters) in the 'Note to Seller' section at checkout if you like.
We accept debit and credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Returns + Refunds
While we don't accept returns, we do provide refunds, replacements (subject to stock availability), and/or store credit vouchers in exchange for lost items (i.e., not delivered within reasonable estimated arrival times) or items damaged during shipment. Refunds and replacements are not given for discounted items, items used or damaged by the buyer, or simply due to a change of mind so please choose carefully.

Customs + Tariffs
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to tariff rates, customs and clearance fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Everyday Clay Studio is not responsible for these fees; they are the responsibility of the buyer. If items are returned to us from customs, the buyer will need to pay for shipping again if they would like us to resend their order. Please contact the postal or customs authorities at the destination country if you have questions about any additional charges that may apply.
Our shop is open to receiving orders 7 days a week, unless otherwise announced. While we love our work, we do take some time off during the holidays! Our correspondence hours are Mondays to Fridays 8am – 5pm AEST.
