About the experience

What makes you, uniquely you? Integrating our training in art therapy, this 2-hour evening class offers a gentle space for you to unwind, discover your own creative flow, and explore insights into your personal identity through air-dry clay sculpting.

Designed to be both a wellness workshop and sculpting class, Clay & Me invites you to slow down and step into a therapeutic headspace. Together, we’ll guide you through creating, reflecting and experiencing the potential of clay as a tool for meaningful self-expression.

From this class, you’ll gain a better understanding of the benefits of clay for well-being, and leave with your own handmade sculptures. You’ll also receive a take-home painting kit for painting your creations at home. It'll be a fun, relaxing and energising experience!

This class is created for adults but older children (12+ years) are also welcome to attend. It is ideal for beginners with little or no experience, or anyone interested in relaxation, personal growth, or learning about how the combination of art and clay can help enhance well-being.

Bookings are essential as spots are limited.
